Welcome to Northeast Ohio Collie Rescue. Our mission is to protect, heal, and advocate for Collies in need. We provide vital medical care, rehabilitation, and safe placement into loving, permanent homes for dogs who have been abandoned, abused, or surrendered. We also work to keep Collies with the families who love them by offering guidance and support during challenging times. Through education and outreach, we help current and future owners understand the unique needs, abilities, and roles of Collies—whether as devoted companions, working partners, or trusted helpers in everyday life.

Cali’s Journey
to Healing & Hope…
Cali is a young Collie born with severe double hip dysplasia, leaving her in constant pain far too early in life. When she arrived at Northeast Ohio Collie Rescue, we committed to giving her the chance to walk, run, and play without suffering.
She underwent her first hip surgery in fall 2025 and her second in January 2026. Cali is recovering with the same sweetness and determination she’s shown from the start.
Her medical care is extensive, and NEOCR is seeking donations to help cover the cost of her surgeries and ongoing treatment. Every gift helps Cali move closer to a pain‑free future.
